Use the Fresenius Kidney Care Portal, a mobile app for dialysis patients, to view personalized health information and engage with your care. You can see your lab results, medications and weight management information. If you are a home Peritoneal Dialysis patient, you can also enter your flowsheets and see details of your dialysis supplies order.
Fresenius Kidney Care In-center dialysis patients can view:
