*Your business e-tickets are automatically displayed on your Android (synchronization done thanks to your telephone number or your “Voyageur” Card.
Do not forget to communicate this information when booking. You can also add manually an additional journey with its references if needed.

*In a few clicks you can change - or cancel- your booking and receive your new journey reference.
*Instantly view all facilities included in your business e-ticket (‘Espace pro 1ère', catering, taxi…)
*Easy access to all facilities and providers -partners of SNCF- available on your railways station of departure and arrival
*Receive confirmation of the platform number where your train is ready for departure
*Prior to departure you will receive notification that you may be able to modify your ticket if needed
*Receive real on time information on potential traffic disruption before or after departure
*No more need to print your e-ticket confirmations through the m-ticket service.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1. TGV Pro application is reserved for business travellers who have bought their 1st or 2nd class e-tickets from a travel agency, on SNCF business Portal, from a SNCF station or boutique, on the internet or over the phone through ' Ligne Directe'
2- At present, the 'TGV Pro' application only deals with business e-tickets (“Tarifs Pro”, “Tarifs fréquence”, “Tarifs négociés”)
3. Cancellation is only possible for e-tickets from SNCF approved travel agencies; reimbursement of e-tickets is made at the travel agency.
4. Some 2nd class e-tickets can be exchanged only in railways station or over the phone if the new price is different from the original title.
