A1 private postpaid subscribers:

• Checking your current spending, free minutes, SMS and GB/MB status or any other free/paid unit
• E-bill activation on your e-mail address
• Overview of the last 6 bills and access to bills in PDF format, including payment data
• Interactive presentment of last unpaid bill
• Overview of line user information
• Changing the status of different types of packages and options
• Refilling A1 prepaid user accounts

A1 prepaid users:

• Checking your account balance and voucher expiration date
• Checking your current status of available minutes, SMS and GB/MB or any other unit status
• Refilling your A1 prepaid accounts.
• Overview of the refill vouchers for the past 3 months
• Overview of the actual tariff model and options for changing your tariff model.
• Changing the status of different types of packages and options.
Menu elements and lists of available services differ based on the group and type of tariff model.
Please bear in mind:
• The app can only be used by A1 users.
• By downloading and using the app you accept the Moj A1 mobile application’s Terms & Conditions.
• When downloading the app from the store, data traffic is charged according to the fees of the data tariff model if using the A1 data network.
• The service is not primarily intended for business users with Master rights, although they can use it too, mostly at the level of the user number of the business line they are using.
• The app allows you to connect via WiFi network access points.
• The new version brings new look & feel, simplified usage and more intuitive overview of actual tariff model and activated services and options, current consumption of minutes, SMS, and GB/MB and monthly bill overview for the past 6 months, personalized and contextual offers, optimization of existing application performances, English version of application and enhancing of existing features
• Data traffic when using the service abroad (roaming) is charged according to the currently valid price list in the tariff model for data traffic abroad.
• The app uses your location only for positioning in relation to sales points.
