The Centricity™ Workforce app streamlines key features from Centricity™ Time and Attendance and Staffing and Scheduling, and Centricity™ ShiftSelect®. Available features differ based on your Centricity™ solution.

NEW FEATURES
[+] My Schedule event categories Customer suggested enhancement!
• The My Schedule and ShiftTrades** screens now feature color-coded dots that represent schedule events, such as Scheduled shifts, On Call shifts, and Open shifts. These dots can be filtered based on what you want displayed.
[+] Time Card clocking options*
• Quick Codes have been added to the Clock In/Out, Add Clocking, and Update Clocking screens. Employees and supervisors can tap Quick Code to add a code to a clocking for an alternate labor distribution.
• Lunch Attestation has been added to the Add Clocking and Update Clocking screens. Employees and supervisors can tap Yes or No to answer the final out punch question.
[+] ShiftTrades**
• The Centricity™ Workforce app now supports shift trades. Employees can trade scheduled and awarded working shifts from their mobile device. Contact your system administrator to configure ShiftTrades to work with your site.
FEATURES
As an employee:
• View your schedule, benefits, and request time off.
• View missed clocking alerts, clock in/out, signoff your time card, and add/edit/delete clockings and calendars.*$
• Clock in based on your location and get notified when there is a mismatch with your location.*$
As a manager:
• View your employees time cards, requests, exceptions, and contact information.*
• View missed clocking alerts and preventable overtime, approve employee clockings, calendars and time cards, and add, edit, or delete employee clockings and calendars. *$
• Correct a clocking or location mismatch by editing the schedule or clocking. *$

To take full advantage of the newest features, this app requires your employer to have the following minimum versions. The version can be found on your workstation login page.
