Milaha employee self-services app empowers all employees to access their HR record on-the-move. Using this app employees will get:
• Anytime, anywhere access to their workflow notifications and take necessary actions
• Access to personal record in HR
• Access to assignment record
• Access to dependent’s record
• Access to payslip
• Access to outstanding balances
The application will show notifications related to following HR processes:
1. All types of absence
2. Exit permit
3. Joining report
4. Gratuity loan request
5. Salary advance request
6. Business assignment request
7. Return from business assignment request
8. Onboarding allowance
9. Offshore allowance
10.Change in accommodation
11.Change in transportation
12.Change in communication
13.Additional transport allowance

Log-in Instructions:
The application log-in has two factor authentication process. Once you enter your username and password, you will receive one-time-password (OTP) on your mobile number that is registered in HR record. You need to enter this OTP to successfully log-in the application. In case you do not receive OTP, please check with HR and ensure that your mobile number is correctly recorded.
