Genikes Mobile is the General Insurance of Cyprus (GIC) mobile phone application, available free of charge through the App Store and Google Play for all smart-phones. Through the app, GIC customers can connect with the Motor Assistance service, selecting either “Accident Care” or “Road Assistance”, which locates their position via GPS and enables the service providers with whom we cooperate to reach our customers wherever they might be. Moreover, the app provides emergency phone numbers, a locator of GIC and Bank of Cyprus branches and ATMs, information on GIC products and services and a link to pay GIC bills.

The app is available to all, free of charge. However, the Motor Assistance service (Accident Care or Road Assistance) is only available to vehicles insured with GIC. User registration is required to use the app.
